  • Do you only cut curly hair?
    Yes. Due to the high demand of my specialty curly cuts I am only taking curly haired guests at this time.
  • How long will my appointment be?
    I schedule all new guests for a signature cut, which can run anywhere from 2-3 hours.
  • What is the cost of this service?
    I currently charge $144 an hour.
  • What method do you use for curly hair styling?
    My approach to curly hair styling is a blend of various methods rather than solely relying on one. While I am certified by DevaCurl and incorporate their techniques, my expertise also stems from years of learning and experimentation with diverse methods. Over nineteen years in the field, I've tailored my approach to cater to all types of curls, waves, kinks, and natural textures, aiming for a simple, natural look .

  • What is Reiki?
    Reiki is a form of alternative therapy commonly referred to as energy healing. It originated in Japan in the late 1800s and involves the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner's palms to their patient.
  • How does Reiki work?
    Reiki practitioners believe that they can channel energy into a patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
  • What does a typical Reiki session look like?
    In a typical Reiki session, the client will lie down on a massage table, fully clothed. The practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the client's body, using different hand shapes, for several minutes in each position. The hands are held along energy centers or pathways on the head, shoulders, stomach, and limbs.
  • What are the benefits of Reiki?
    Practitioners and clients often report help with stress, anxiety, and pain. Some individuals say it aids in enhancing relaxation, improving sleep, and promoting a greater sense of well-being.

    I currently charge $120 an hour.
  • Can Reiki replace medical treatment?
    No, Reiki should not be used as a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider or to postpone seeing a doctor about a medical problem.
